About Mallorca Island

Welcome to Paradise

Mallorca Island, situated in the west of the Mediterranean sea, is an island full of contrasts: beaches with transparent water, mountains (even with snow in Winter), amazing landscapes and good gastronomy and culture.

Since the beginning I wanted to show you the beauty of my loved island. When I opened an Instagram account (@mallorcaisland) and I started to upload photos from beaches, landscape, towns…

But after a short while, the success was unexpected, because thousand of people joined us and tagged their photos with the hashtag #mallorcaisland.

Currently, thanks to my own photos I publish and the photos  I share from my followers, we have already create a community with more than 42000 friends with a common item: Mallorca.

During last years I receive hundreds emails and messages asking information about the island, recommendations about beaches, towns, where to lunch, where to sleep, etc.

I faced with the impossibility of answer all the messages and email I get, I decided to create this blog where you will find recommendations, new places, new activities, new events, and finally you will discover Mallorca in the best way… with five senses¡
